Liankhanlun Ngaihte is an Architect, Urban Designer and environment consultant, with more than 23 years of work experience in India. He obtained his B.Arch. degree from School of Planning and architecture, New Delhi and completed his Master’s in Environment management from School of design and Environment, NUS, Singapore.

Over the years, he has gained a wide range of professional experience in the fields of Architecture, Landscape, Urban design/Planning etc. A passionate designer with deep understanding of the current issues, urban demands, urban development and environment issues in India.

His past experience includes works with Designplus Architecture Pvt ltd, Morphogenesis, VijayGupta Architects, and work with Shinkhai Constructions, Singapore for Merlion Plaza redesign, Singapore. Prior to starting his own firm, he has worked on a wide range of commercial projects, Healthcare, Office Spaces, Public Landscape Projects, Smart City Projects, Residential projects, Group Housing & Townships projects, University master plan, Educational institutions. Some of the interesting projects are DLF twin tower  Jasola, Dlf Okhla commercial, Amity University Jaipur Masterplan, the British School, Chanakyapuri and several educational planning projects.

He founded Franklun Architecture in 2017 at Churachandpur, Manipur. Franklun Architecture is a ALDB firm with a single-source responsibility for the design, construction and commissioning of buildings. He has completed several residential projects, sports infrastructure, resorts, commercial buildings and religious buildings. His sophisticated aesthetic sense in addition to his ability to effectively address stakeholder’s concerns and collaborate with expert allows him to come up with elegant design solutions for complex architectural and urban problems. He was associated with the design and planning of Baptist church at New Lamka, Churachandpur and Tribal Heritage village, Mata mualtam, Churachandpur.

His recent projects include residence for Dr Jamchinthang, Esther tombing residence at Bungmual, Vishal Mega mart at Rengkai, Mixed-used building project for Sekmai.
